**A $359 per person Tax, Gratuities, Administration and Booking Fees will be added to each reservation.**
Deposit Payment: The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. All monies paid are non-refundable.
Stateroom Deposits: These are per person deposits:
$625 pp for Interior
$725 pp for Oceanview
$900 pp for Balcony
$1150 pp for Aft-Extended Balcony
Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities/Booking & Admin Fee: $359.00 per person. All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. All fees are per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Monthly payments plan (required) This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before sailing.
Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Excluded Charges: Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by Days of Summer Cruise Fest. Fuel Surcharge: Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.
Transferring Cabins: Cabins are non-transferable. The account holder is solely responsible for each cabin and travelers.
Age: Minimum age limit is 18 years old.
Please Be Advised: Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed. Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation (These will be determined by the vendors that are used). Any disputes arising from the Days of Summer Cruise Fest must be settled in Delaware. Information and pricing are subject to change without notice. Even in doing our very best to ensure that information and pricing are accurate and complete, we cannot be held responsible for any incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of an error in pricing, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.

Guests Under the Age of 21 MUST travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older.
Exceptions: Guests under the age of 21 may travel without a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older under the following conditions:
Legally married couples, including same gender couples
* Proper documentation must be provided at embarkation. Failure to provide documentation or not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided.
* Documentation includes: marriage license issued by the County Clerk’s Office; legal proof of civil union; for newly married couples: a copy of the marriage license application or certificate signed by the official that performed the ceremony.
Qualified Military Personnel
* Applies to US Military Personnel and Canadian National Defense personnel (and their traveling companions in the same stateroom) of 18 – 20 years of age.
* Copy of proof of service must be provided at embarkation. Failure to provide documentation or not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided.
By purchasing a cabin you hereby agree to grant Days of Summer Cruise Fest access to all financial transaction history associated with your cabin on this cruise event.
